I'm new at all this!!

Hello everyone! I don't really know how to begin but I should explain why I have chosen to even have a blog...
1st) because I love doing new things and I've never done this
2nd) because I love to write and share my thoughts and opinions...I don't know that anyone other than people I inform will ever read anything I write, but I plan on periodically posting my thoughts on what I've read in the Scripture, in books, or what I've heard at church in a sermon or Sunday school.

Anyhow, those are the reasons I've chosen to set up this blog and so we'll see how it goes, right? I don't know how often I'll post but I hope to discipline myself enough so that I'll post at least once a week...though I am notoriously undisciplined and that may not always be the case.

Finally, I've named this blog "Soli Deo Gloria" because I hope that everything I write in here will bring glory to Him and the name is latin for "glory to God alone". Well that's it for now...guess I'll go ahead and just pose this now!! :)
